The Blacklisted Blueprint: 3-Day Private Detailing Intensive Training Master the art of high-end automotive preservation and the business systems behind a successful detailing brand. This private, 1-on-1 intensive is designed to take you from a technician to a high-ticket entrepreneur. All training is available in both English and Spanish (Bilingüe). Day 1: The Foundation & Precision Prep We begin with the "Washing as a Business" mindset. You will learn professional interior restoration using advanced steam and extraction techniques. On the exterior, we cover chemical decontamination and prep before moving into paint analysis. You will receive hands-on training in: Paint Correction: Mastering Rotary and DA polishers for 1-step and 2-step cuts. Surface Leveling: Introduction to light sanding techniques for texture removal and defect correction. Day 2: Advanced Protection & Coating Mastery Precision is in the details. After finishing any necessary correction, we move into long-term protection. We will cover: Ceramic Application: Hands-on installation of single and dual-layer coatings. Full-Vehicle Protection: Specific applications for trim, wheels, and glass. Product Chemistry: Understanding different coating types to provide the best solutions for your clients. Day 3: Business Mastery & The Future of Detailing A successful business requires more than just technical skill. On the final day, we build your brand: Marketing & Content: Using social media to attract premium clients. Professionalism: Pricing strategies, menu design, and customer management. AI Integration: Learn how to leverage Artificial Intelligence to automate your workflow, create content, and scale your business operations.
